E-mail: Contact 		I have been an admirer of HvK since I was about 12 Years old I have started collecting many older recordings,a laot of them by pure luck.

I have one that I cannot find much info about ...Beethoven #7 with the VPO on RCA (German pressing) if someone has any info about this or other RCA's Please contact me.

I have spent some time on the site and having fun all the time it is nice to see that there are others who appreciate HvK's artistry as much as I have over the years.

Desde mis 9 años e sido un fiel admirador del Maestro, hoy tengo 44 y mi admiración por Karajan crece con el tiempo, además que estoy seguro que esta pasión me acompañara el resto de mi vida. E-mail: Contact 		An excellent idea to have this website in the centenary year. I only saw Karajan once and that was in the Royal Festival Hall, London on June 19 1979 in a life-changing performance of the Bruckner 8.

E-mail: Contact 		great idea to have this centenary year . Too bad the austrian post office is not issuing a special stamp : they should be proud Austria had such a great maestro who did so much for ´Salzburg, the salzburg Festspiele and other festivals and for AUSTRIA ! What a shame.

E-mail: Contact 		Thank you for this terrific resource. I enjoyed reading it this evening while playing HVK's Richard Strauss two-CD collection (DG 474-281-2; 2003). Do keep us posted on myriad releases planned for 2008. The 87-disc EMI box looks interesting!! (Carpe diem: EMI recently reissued Maria Callas's studio albums, then two months later released a fab 'deluxe' edtion with all the bells and whistles. As such, I'm taking a 'wait & see' approach to these releases.)
